Hermès in Pantin seeks a Product Data Specialist (6‑month full‑time CDD) to manage jewellery product master data and support PDM/ERP deployment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, configure and publish new jewellery items in the company information systems (PDM/PIM and ERP).
  • Maintain, update and ensure the consistency and reliability of product master data across all systems and project milestones (prototypes J1–J3).
  • Collect technical and production information from Collections, workshops and other stakeholders to populate product records and manufacturing ranges (stones, metals, ateliers).
  • Integrate missing data manually and via mass-load tools; validate data migration and guarantee data quality in collaboration with Data Dev teams.
  • Identify, analyse and escalate referencing anomalies; propose corrective actions to restore referential coherence.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (MOA, DDO, Collections, operational teams) to secure availability of required data at each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Document processes, business rules and best practices; act as product-data referent during collection launches and project meetings.
  • Support change management and tool deployment activities: attend follow-up meetings, translate business needs for project teams, and coach users during adoption.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Data Management, Information Systems, Business or Engineering with a data/IS specialization.
  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in product/master data management or data quality, preferably in an industrial or luxury/jewellery environment.
  • Solid knowledge of information systems and ERP environments.
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality management and product reference models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros/VBA) and mandatory proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience in documenting processes, defining business rules and coordinating with project teams (MOA, métier).
  • Experience or strong interest in the jewellery or luxury sector is a significant asset.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in product/master data management or data quality roles, ideally within an industrial, luxury or jewellery environment, with exposure to ERP and PDM deployments.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Data, Information Systems, Business School or Engineering with a data/IS focus.
