Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead definition and control of the digital technical data chain from collection through PLM to ERP, coordinating with technical, data and development teams.
  • Represent and safeguard the specificities of high‑jewellery technical data during workshops, tests and design of target processes.
  • Plan and execute POC testing phases, identify technical and organisational prerequisites for a secure migration, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
  • Define standard formats, data structures and collection templates for technical data to ensure consistency and readiness for migration.
  • Design and document operating procedures (SOPs) and accompany change management activities with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Scope, schedule and pilot operational migration of defined datasets (legacy commercial lines and in‑development data), ensuring data quality, governance and adherence to timelines.
  • Measure, monitor and report migration progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum of one year of practical experience with PLM and ERP systems in an industrial or product‑centric environment.
  • Proven ability to adopt an end‑user perspective, propose continuous improvement initiatives and persuade cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with 3D modelling tools (Rhino, SolidWorks) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

Experience

At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using PLM and ERP solutions within an industrial or product development context, including participation in data migration, POC testing and stakeholder coordination.
