Hermès Sellier in Paris (Faubourg St‑Honoré) seeks a Part-time Sales Advisor (Saturdays) to deliver luxury client service and manage clientele.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales within the assigned department through proactive client prospecting and persuasive product presentation.
- Collaborate with the full-store team to develop revenue and maintain a continuous focus on commercial opportunities; operate across an expanded sales floor.
- Deliver a high-calibre in-store client experience, ensuring customer comfort and providing memorable, tailored proposals—liaising with the external relations lead when appropriate.
- Build, maintain and autonomously manage a personal client file (CRM/clienteling), ensuring timely follow-up and information retrieval to keep clients informed and satisfied.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison: uphold and transmit Hermès values to clients and new colleagues while promoting the work of the artisans.
- Contribute to store operations: participate in inventories, merchandising changes, stock organisation and maintain impeccable presentation of the department.
- Work consistently on Saturdays in line with the part-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or luxury sales.
- Demonstrable passion for client service and a results-oriented commercial mindset.
- Bold, dynamic disposition with the ability to engage an expanded selling area and diverse clientele.
- Exemplary professionalism and humility; strong interpersonal charisma and generosity in approach to selling.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable and agile with digital tools and contemporary communication channels.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail or luxury client-facing sales experience, preferably within an upscale or heritage Maison.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or client relations preferred.
