Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory in the Vancouver store, ensuring accurate and efficient receiving and shipping of items.
  • Maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems and support management in inventory counts.
  • Perform day-to-day operations and inventory controls for stock accuracy.
  • Process receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns while aligning physical and IT systems.
  • Manage daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor.
  • Assist in the follow-up and correction of negative stock as needed.
  • Prepare for and perform inventory and cycle counts.
  • Investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions to minimize future discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop mastery of all stock-related processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with the full store team and contribute to team meetings.
  • Maintain the quality of stockroom organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in store operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 20 kg.
