IT Quality Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary programme contact for Quality IT initiatives across Group entities, providing subject matter expertise and steering transformation in line with business Quality objectives.
- Coordinate métier engagement and define phased onboarding strategies, schedules and key milestones with the Head of the Quality Solutions unit.
- Contribute to and advise on functional specifications by analysing business Quality requirements and aligning them with tool standards.
- Coordinate functional and technical design and delivery of Quality IT solutions in collaboration with the functional expert and external AMOA teams.
- Ensure a transverse functional vision (common platform vs. métier‑specific requirements) and support strategic arbitration decisions.
- Manage the transition from project delivery to Run by defining and validating required deliverables, operational processes and support handover.
- Act as an ‘Expert Transformation’ to lead change‑management activities and stakeholder adoption across diverse processes and interlocutors.
- Work with the Support Solutions team to diagnose and resolve incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of Quality solutions.
- Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks (technical, capacity, timeline) to maintain programme momentum alongside other IT constraints (e.g., ERP rollouts).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT project delivery or programme coordination (experience with cross‑functional IT/business projects).
- Proven experience managing large or transversal projects involving IT and métier teams (ERP, PLM, WMS integrations advantageous).
- Strong organisational autonomy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven stakeholder management capability.
- Demonstrated aptitude for change management, transformation leadership and user adoption activities.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and advisory skills; capacity to challenge specifications and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Familiarity with Hermès processes or luxury goods production is highly valued.

Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering IT projects or programmes, ideally with exposure to Quality, Supply Chain or Product Lifecycle initiatives and large upstream IT programmes (ERP/PLM/WMS).
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school.
