Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of the industrial retroplanning in collaboration with relevant teams such as Collection Coordinator and Design Office.
  • Define the content and deliverables of planning sessions.
  • Implement controls to ensure process quality and efficiency with the support of the data manager.
  • Coordinate with the Collection Coordinator to align deadlines and priorities.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings to adhere to the industrial retroplanning.
  • Facilitate KPI management with service managers to track operational progress.
  • Identify delays, analyze impacts, propose action plans, and ensure execution.
  • Establish effective communication processes and routines for alignment across teams.
  • Participate in the implementation of the PMO tool Asana for project tracking.
  • Ensure shared priorities among industrial teams for collection preparation.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve or escalate issues between teams.
  • Coordinate the production planning process with planners, using tools like Excel.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the retroplanning process.
  • Capitalize on best practices seasonally and establish KPIs to measure planning adherence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production management within the ready-to-wear sector
