Hermès Parfums in Le Vaudreuil, France seeks an Industrial Management Control Assistant (apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026 for a 24‑month program.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Integrate into the industrial management control team and support daily controlling activities.
  • Monitor industrial performance indicators (production data for perfumes/beauty) and maintain dashboards for the industrial management.
  • Participate in monthly closing tasks including month‑end provisions and contributions to the calculation of industrial cost prices.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reporting to service managers; track workforce levels and temporary staffing.
  • Validate inventory operations and stock withdrawals (including recycling flows).
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and analytical studies in collaboration with service leaders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student at Bac+3/Bac+4 level (Bachelor third/fourth year) in accounting, finance or management control; DCG or professional degree in management control preferred.
  • Solid foundational accounting knowledge and familiarity with management control methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
  • Rigorous, methodical approach with an appetite for information systems.
  • Autonomous, curious and receptive to feedback; strong team orientation and communication skills.

Experience

Open to students and beginners; no prior professional experience required. Suitable for candidates currently pursuing a Bac+3/Bac+4 level qualification in finance, accounting or management control.

Education

Bac+3 / Bac+4 (Bachelor level) in accounting, finance or management control; DCG or licence professionnelle contrôle de gestion preferred.
