Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources Development Manager in the operational management of various HR tasks.
• Prepare for the arrival of new employees, including contract follow-up and onboarding processes.
• Manage and update HR dashboards and ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
• Implement and oversee the training plan, including session creation and logistical organization.
• Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training programs.
• Handle administrative HR tasks and prepare necessary documentation.
• Participate in HR projects related to digital transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and internal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Prior experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Autonomous and proactive with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Education
