Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to managers and employees, providing daily support and guidance on legal matters and company policies.
  • Transmit Hermès' culture and values across the organization.
  • Participate in change management and organizational evolution initiatives.
  • Manage career development processes and participate in talent reviews and salary reviews.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for both executive and non-executive positions, managing approximately 60 recruitments per year.
  • Develop relationships with recruitment partners and manage the recruitment interface.
  • Collaborate with Hermès Recruitment team on intern and apprentice recruitment.
  • Identify training needs and develop training plans in collaboration with managers.
  • Allocate training budgets and co-develop custom training programs with external organizations.
  • Manage personnel administration and payroll communication during employee transitions and contractual changes.
  • Participate in transversal HR projects, including talent reviews for artisans and integration pathways.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Advanced project management experience.
  • Proficiency in recruitment processes.
  • Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.

Experience
