Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of Hermès Brazil.
  • Advise Directors and Senior Managers on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, talent development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote internal mobility and manage the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate training programs and talent reviews.
  • Enhance employee relations and performance management.
  • Implement CSR programs and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of managerial HR experience, preferably in retail.
  • Professional experience in Brazil.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and market practices.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Experience

At least 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, ideally within the retail sector, with a focus on adapting organizations to business needs.
