Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of Hermès Brazil.
- Advise Directors and Senior Managers on HR-related matters.
- Oversee recruitment, training, talent development, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote internal mobility and manage the recruitment process.
- Coordinate training programs and talent reviews.
- Enhance employee relations and performance management.
- Implement CSR programs and ensure health and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of managerial HR experience, preferably in retail.
- Professional experience in Brazil.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and market practices.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Experience
At least 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, ideally within the retail sector, with a focus on adapting organizations to business needs.
