Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the training plan for Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, including preparing, launching, and facilitating professional interview campaigns and collecting training requests.
- Consolidate training needs, arbitrate, budget, and validate the development plan within the financial framework of the company.
- Deploy the training plan, managing administrative, logistical, and financial aspects.
- Promote the Learning Management System (LMS) by regularly communicating available training modules on the 'My Campus' platform.
- Contribute to the cross-functional project of transmitting polishing expertise.
- Manage the 'De l'or dans les doigts' integration program, organizing and participating in new employee onboarding activities.
- Participate in the talent development plan monitoring.
- Actively engage in change management plans related to the deployment of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, with a desire to deepen knowledge in generalist HR.
- Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic and high-quality environment.
- Ability to handle both operational and strategic topics.
- Recognized for discretion, confidentiality, and action-oriented approach.
Experience
Beginners accepted, with a preference for candidates with some corporate experience.
Education
