Overview
Groupe HMM is a specialised manufacturer of high-precision metal components for luxury leather goods and other premium sectors. The group operates multiple industrial sites in Europe and is recognised for artisanal machining, polishing and surface‑treatment expertise, supplying Hermès and other high‑end maisons. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage time and attendance records in the HR system: process clockings, record leave and maintain overtime contingents.
- Coordinate the internal training plan: organise sessions, update training records in the SIRH and maintain the training matrix.
- Support administration of temporary labour: monitor contracts, track hours and handle related invoicing follow‑up.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of polyvalence / multi‑skilling tables.
- Update and maintain job descriptions for site roles.
- Support the update of the welcome booklet and organise HR welcome/onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Assist with internal communication initiatives and the organisation of employee events.
- Participate in HR projects and operational improvements led by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in business school, university or equivalent (work‑study/apprenticeship compatible).
- Previous internship or work‑study experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong maturity in communication, discretion and teamwork.
- Curiosity, rigour and a service‑oriented mindset.

Open to beginners; previous internship or alternance experience in HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in business, human resources or related field (or equivalent).
