Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every visitor and manage arrivals at the boutique entrance.
- Assess client needs and direct visitors to merchandise or an appropriate sales colleague; communicate appointment arrivals across selling, operations and asset protection teams.
- Maintain and manage the boutique appointment calendar, recording arrivals, no‑shows, reschedules and cancellations in the appointment application.
- Handle telephone appointment requests, enter bookings, assign appointments to team members and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Proactively manage customer flow and outdoor queues when the boutique is at capacity; minimize wait times and update clients on expected service.
- Model the Maison’s service standards, collaborate with the boutique team, and manage difficult situations with composure and discretion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the boutique supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, retail or a service environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; gracious, warm approach to telephone and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Demonstrable customer‑service orientation with a friendly, client‑centric demeanour.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule according to business needs (evenings, weekends as required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized personal workspace.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or a comparable service sector role, with hands‑on exposure to client reception and appointment handling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
