Hermès International — Paris: Financial Controller (full‑time, permanent) to oversee subsidiary financial control and Group analyses.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the financial control of assigned Group subsidiaries across Distribution, Production and Support functions, ensuring alignment with Group commitments and governance.
- Perform and present transversal financial analyses at Group level to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate the full financial cycle for entities in scope: three‑year plans, annual budget and approvals, May/September estimates, quarterly and annual closings.
- Advise local finance directors on operational investment choices, organisational changes, vertical integration options and business‑model evolution; propose improvements to management methods and team capabilities.
- Act as the primary financial interlocutor between subsidiaries and the Group, ensuring timely, accurate transmission of financial information.
- Participate in key entity governance meetings (budget sessions, semi‑annual reviews, Board/Executive Committee meetings) to represent Group financial interests.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent (master’s level preferred).
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience combining external financial audit in a public accounting firm and management control within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English (explicit requirement); proven ability to communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability combined with synthesis skills; cross‑functional orientation, diplomacy and persuasive communication.
Experience
At least 10 years of professional experience with a background in financial audit at an accounting firm and in management control within an industrial or operational company. Demonstrated experience advising business leaders and interacting with executive committees.
Education
Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent (Master’s level preferred).
