Finance Control Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the control of training service delivery.
• Verify data consistency between the ERP and BI tools.
• Issue invoices to financial sponsors.
• Generate and transfer billing entries to the accounting ERP.
• Monitor invoice collection and compare activity against budget.
• Update and track the cash flow budget.
• Control analytical allocations of purchases and expense reports.
• Participate in budget preparation and management analyses.
• Contribute to the optimization of billing processes.
• Analyze data in the ERP to ensure reliability.
• Participate in the improvement of operational tracking tools using Power BI.
• Engage in IT system development projects and IT security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in business school or university with a specialization in CCA, management control, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an apprenticeship or internship in similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong interest in operational tasks and process optimization.
• Excellent relational and writing skills.
• Rigorous, curious, and dynamic with strong adaptability.
