Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Hermes.com customer service operations, including research and escalation resolution for after‑sales issues.
  • Process web‑to‑shop order paperwork and maintain boutique return/exchange tracking.
  • Extract and compile KPIs and statistics to support managers and specialists with reporting and trend analysis.
  • Prepare documentation for FedEx claims to correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Follow up on service tickets and pending returns across the ticketing system until resolution.
  • Draft and deliver internal communications and assist with information distribution across platforms.
  • Design, develop and present an individual capstone project that enhances business practices or aligns with professional development goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service, eCommerce operations, or related internships.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, communications, eCommerce, or a related field (eligible to participate in a five‑month internship).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational paperwork accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and client‑facing interactions.
  • Ability to work on‑site at the Hermès U.S. headquarters in New York for the full program period (July 13–December 18, 2026).

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience — including previous internships, part‑time roles, or coursework — in customer service, eCommerce operations, or data/reporting support.

Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, communications, eCommerce, data analytics or a related discipline.
