Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the content strategy for the e-commerce platform across all product categories, aligning with business and brand image strategies.
  • Establish editorial guidelines consistent with the visual identity of each product category.
  • Develop and manage the homepage editorial calendar to highlight collections and key commercial events.
  • Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure content aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust content strategy based on performance metrics.
  • Estimate and allocate budgets for visual and editorial content production, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Draft detailed briefs for internal creative teams and external partners, ensuring clear understanding of business and brand image expectations.
  • Plan and coordinate shooting sessions in line with product launches and commercial calendar.
  • Manage a team of 15, ensuring coherence and cross-functional collaboration across different content strategy poles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital content strategy or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing content strategy for luxury or high-end brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
