Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate, and oversee corporate operations and the social life of a defined group of entities worldwide.
  • Participate in high-level financial operations and actively engage in the missions of the Legal Department.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate law for French and international subsidiaries, particularly in Asia and Italy.
  • Prepare legal documents and organize meetings for corporate bodies in collaboration with local teams and lawyers.
  • Monitor the mandates of company directors and manage legal formalities.
  • Assist with internal restructuring operations, including recapitalizations, mergers, and dissolutions.
  • Support the Development Legal Department in acquisition operations.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring and provide advice on corporate law matters.
  • Manage digital tools and solutions within the Legal Department and participate in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects and attend industry meetings.

Qualifications

  • University degree in law (Master's level or equivalent).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a law firm or the legal department of an international group specializing in corporate law.
  • Significant experience managing French and international subsidiaries.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law.

Skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; legal proficiency in English is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills. Team spirit and service-oriented mindset. High level of autonomy and proactive approach.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law, with significant exposure to managing both French and international subsidiaries.

Education

Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
