Client Relations Intern
Hermès Asia Pacific is hiring a part-time Client Relations Center Intern in Hong Kong — support client service, CRM and appointment coordination at Lee Garden One.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the client relations centre with daily handling of client enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality responses.
- Maintain and update the CRM and client databases with accurate contact details, purchase histories and appointment records.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments for boutiques and trunk shows; coordinate logistics with store teams and client advisors.
- Prepare client-facing documentation and correspondence, including follow-up messages, invitations and post-appointment notes.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects such as client reports, segmentation lists and event support to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in business, communications, hospitality, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a client-focused demeanour and professional telephone manner.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and preparing client documents.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks, work within tight timelines and collaborate with boutique teams.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality; professional attitude appropriate for a luxury brand environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, hospitality or customer-service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; internships or part-time roles involving client contact will be considered favourably.
Education
University-level education in progress or recently completed (business, communications, hospitality, marketing or related fields).
