Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of the 5‑Year Service Project, from initial planning and vendor logistics through on-site execution to ensure a seamless client experience
- Develop creative customer gifting concepts and manage gifting logistics to guarantee timely delivery and presentation
- Maintain and manage inventory of service tools, coordinate distribution to boutiques, and assist in sourcing and developing new CX assets
- Conduct regular boutique visits to audit service standards, gather frontline feedback and consolidate recommendations for continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison for boutique teams to handle daily customer experience inquiries and ad-hoc requests
- Provide administrative support and contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s programme in business, hospitality, marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong presentation and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisational discipline
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt quickly to change
- Creative thinker who proactively contributes fresh ideas
Skills
Experience
Beginners accepted. Suitable for current students or recent graduates with little or no prior professional experience; enthusiasm for luxury retail and client experience is essential.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, communications or a related field.
