Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the global commercial calendar with Retail Planners (product launches, market openings, promotional events).
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of KPIs and global reporting for Central Retail Planning.
  • Manage portfolio operations for store orders including replenishments and cancellations, in liaison with Distribution Planning.
  • Prepare analytical inputs and datasets required for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support logistics coordination by updating volume forecasts for three logistics sites and analysing forecast adherence and variances.
  • Prepare materials and minutes for weekly coordination meetings.
  • Draft, consolidate and distribute communications to the retail network; maintain the network events register (store openings, shows, etc.).
  • Develop and operate the onboarding and training module for new team members; organise and animate 'vis ma vie' sessions within the Central Retail Planning team.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects and execute user acceptance and functional tests as required.
  • Report daily to the Central Retail Planning Director and assist managers across their operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics or equivalent — eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong appetite for commercial planning and numerical analysis.
  • Comfort with information systems and the willingness to learn planning and forecasting tools.
  • Customer‑oriented with strong service sensibility and commercial awareness.
  • Organised, proactive, reactive and rigorous with an ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Adaptable, agile and comfortable working transversally across teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written). Beginners accepted for professional experience.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Retail Management or a closely related discipline; eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship contract.
