Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily supplier relationships, including database management of references, prices, capacities, and market shares.
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews and general negotiations.
  • Conduct medium-term analyses to propose continuous improvement actions, such as price database exploitation for target costing and managing invoice dispute progress plans.
  • Ensure compliance with 'made in' processes, customs attestations, and continuous improvement of associated flows.
  • Update the Helios portal and contribute to the deployment of a unified supplier portal.
  • Participate in projects such as mapping of supply chains, subcontractors, and associated investment strategies.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including the 'zero single-use plastic by 2030' project and energy consumption reduction with suppliers and the CSR team.
  • Facilitate the creation of dedicated training pieces for Hermès Savoir-Faire schools and improve SAV parts availability processes.
  • Support the supplier tooling project.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering or business school.
  • Strong interest in project management, teamwork, and service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
