Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of Hermès employees, premises, and products.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  • Conduct audits and maintain accurate records of security incidents.
  • Manage outsourced security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain physical security and asset protection.
  • Report thefts and collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to associates on asset protection awareness.
  • Review security reports and collaborate with management to address concerns.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in asset protection or retail security preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mandatory security license for New York City.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience
