Overview

Hermès Sellier is the commercial and manufacturing arm of the Hermès luxury house, responsible for the movement of finished goods and after‑sales flows to stores worldwide. The role sits within Hermès Commercial — Central Supply & After Sales, a division focused on logistics, customs, transport and post‑sale services that support the brand's retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process special logistic flows (quality recalls, business returns) and manage follow‑up actions.
  • Coordinate inter‑site product transfers and manage inventory movements related to after‑sales operations.
  • Prioritise tasks, manage operational contingencies and ensure continuity of service during incidents.
  • Track and escalate IT anomalies: manage tickets and liaise with IT and operational stakeholders to resolve system issues.
  • Act as first‑line operational support for day‑to‑day events (equipment failure, process disruptions) in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes and contribute to short‑ and medium‑term projects.
  • Optimise storage layouts and workstation organisation to increase operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement performance indicators and build reporting dashboards to monitor after‑sales KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Registered apprentice or student in a recognised apprenticeship program in logistics, supply chain, operations management or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong organisational rigour with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Methodical attention to detail and reliability in execution.
  • Good IT literacy and comfort handling ticketing systems and spreadsheet reporting.
  • Collaborative team player with a service orientation and clear communication skills.

Skills

Experience

No prior professional experience required; beginners and students in apprenticeship programs are accepted. Relevant internships or coursework in logistics, supply chain or operations are advantageous.

Education

Enrolment in a recognised apprenticeship or vocational program (Bachelors or equivalent) in logistics, supply chain, transport, operations management or a related field.
