HR Social Management Control Apprentice
Hennessy in Cognac seeks an HR Social Management Control Apprentice to support HR analytics, reporting and statutory obligations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support workforce decision‑making.
- Collect, clean and analyse quantitative social data to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure the consistency, integrity and reliability of social data across HR information systems and reports.
- Respond to internal requests for HR information with precise, timely analyses.
- Contribute to statutory and regulatory reporting (Social Balance, Mandatory Annual Negotiations, Gender Equality Index) and respond to institutional surveys (DARES, BDF, ECMOSS, PIPA).
- Monitor incentive indicators, assist in calculating allocation envelopes and ensure compliance with applicable agreements.
- Support the budgeting process by contributing to headcount forecasts, payroll projections and operating expense estimates.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme — preferably Human Resources, HR Analytics or Management Control (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong numerical aptitude with proven rigour and analytical thinking.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential HR data.
- Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity and capacity to synthesise complex information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Early‑career candidate; prior internship or academic project experience in HR analytics, payroll reporting or management control is desirable but not mandatory. The role is suitable for a student seeking alternating work-study placement.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (preferably HR, HR Analytics, Management Control or equivalent) with eligibility for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
