Hennessy is a leading Maison in the cognac sector and a core brand within LVMH's Wines & Spirits division. The House is internationally recognised for its heritage, craftsmanship and global distribution network, combining artisanal savoir‑faire with contemporary marketing and sustainability commitments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Product Manager and contribute to the product roadmap for the Rare Editions franchise within a six‑person team.
- Assist in the development and coordination of limited editions: liaise with creative agencies and packaging teams while respecting budgets, quality standards and launch schedules.
- Support creative development (moodboards, concept and storytelling, iconography) and prepare materials for executive meetings.
- Help deploy franchise visibility: manage product mockups/maquettes and develop assets for institutional promotions at key commercial moments.
- Contribute to 360° marketing activations: prepare photoshoots, coordinate digital orchestration, draft copy for materials, and support events and PR.
- Analyse post‑campaign digital performance and produce regular reports.
- Design and contribute to retail activation programmes (personalisation, sales tools, merchandising and service rituals).
- Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour and cross‑sector luxury trends; prepare monthly performance and competition reviews for the marketing leadership.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's level programme (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing or equivalent; final‑year students preferred.
- Minimum six months' prior professional experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Organised, creative, curious, rigorous, autonomous and capable of synthesising complex information.

Early‑career candidate: final‑year Master's student with at least one internship (ideally 6 months) in marketing; prior exposure to luxury or spirits marketing strongly preferred.
Education
Master's‑level student (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing or equivalent university programme (final year).
