Hennessy in Cognac is hiring an AI Project Manager Intern to support the IA Mastering programme rollout and training coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support operational delivery of the IA Mastering programme: maintain training schedules, track attendance, collect and synthesize participant feedback.
  • Consolidate and report adoption and performance indicators for the programme; contribute to regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with HR, Learning and Internal Communications to ensure alignment of training logistics and messaging.
  • Co‑facilitate and progressively lead segments of AI training sessions; analyse user feedback and propose improvements to content, format and pedagogy.
  • Animate and administrate the internal network of AI champions: organise meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and follow up on field issues.
  • Contribute to identification and qualification of IA & data use cases through interviews with managers and subject‑matter experts; document non‑technical constraints (data quality, business fit, limitations).
  • Support planning and execution of flagship IA events (e.g. internal IAthon): scoping, preparation, facilitation and capitalization of outcomes.
  • Prepare materials for IA steering committees: structure presentations, synthesize key topics and assist in formalising decisions and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with the capacity to commit to a six‑month internship.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word; comfortable in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and facilitate in group settings.
  • Curiosity about AI, eagerness to learn, proactivity and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • Rigour, organisational reliability and capacity to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.

Experience

Beginner level — targeted at students already familiar with professional or collective work environments. Prior internship or academic project experience in project support, learning & development, or digital transformation is advantageous but not required. No advanced technical expertise in AI is expected at start.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (business, digital, data, engineering or related discipline) with availability for a six‑month internship.
