Account Manager
Hamilton is hiring an Account Manager in Düsseldorf to manage retail and wholesale partner relationships for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned retail and wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets and margin objectives.
- Own the commercial relationship end-to-end: account planning, assortment and pricing recommendations, order management and timely delivery coordination.
- Develop and execute business plans and promotional calendars with key partners, ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, performance analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders to inform inventory and marketing decisions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, agreements and promotional support with retail partners while protecting brand positioning and long-term profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement with marketing, logistics and product teams to support launches, events and POS activations.
- Conduct regular field visits and business reviews with retailers; represent the brand at trade shows and partner meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in account management, wholesale or retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium fashion brands.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting and P&L awareness.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing commercial contracts and trade terms.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate cross-functional processes in a complex organisation.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and trade events.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive experience (typically 3+ years) in account management, wholesale or retail sales within the watches, jewellery or luxury fashion sectors, with proven results in growing business and managing partner relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
