Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations within the Strasbourg boutique.
  • Welcome and guide clients to appropriate sales advisors.
  • Present and promote the various services offered by Guerlain.
  • Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
  • Introduce clients to the loyalty program.
  • Prepare gift packages and product personalizations for clients.
  • Process client orders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Bac +2/3) with a focus on cosmetics or perfumery, or in a business school.
  • Interest in perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Punctual and organized, with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
