Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in daily operations within the Cannes boutique.
- Welcome and guide clients to appropriate sales advisors.
- Present and promote the various services offered by Guerlain.
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
- Introduce clients to the loyalty program.
- Prepare gift packages and product customizations.
- Handle client orders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in cosmetics, perfumery, or a related field, or enrolled in a business school.
- Interest in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Punctual and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
