Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values to clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring a unique and personalized customer experience.
  • Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in client satisfaction initiatives and propose action plans based on feedback.
  • Contribute to the overall harmony and retail excellence of the boutique, adhering to sales procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • BTS/Bachelor level education required.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are preferred.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation in a luxury environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with retail management applications is a plus. Dynamic, empathetic, and team-oriented. Exemplary in following procedures and maintaining confidentiality.

Experience
