Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage retail performance indicators.
  • Support the Retail Director with strategic presentations.
  • Produce regular reports for French and International management.
  • Contribute to budget construction.
  • Assist network managers in performance management.
  • Oversee the variable remuneration system and supervise monthly bonus calculations.
  • Monitor customer experience and lead action plans in collaboration with the Training department.
  • Deploy key retail projects in partnership with the International team.
  • Supervise off-payroll budget and manage temporary staffing agencies.
  • Manage a Retail Performance Coordinator and Sales Coach.
  • Oversee the organization of commercial meetings.
  • Coordinate network managers' requests with headquarters services.
  • Participate in the development of store activation plans with support services.
  • Consolidate retail roadmaps and contribute to the three-year plan construction.
  • Develop P&L statements with the Finance team.
  • Support network managers in managing store openings, closures, and renovations.
  • Set objectives and monitor performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail commercial analyst role or similar position.
  • Advanced degree in commerce, finance, or equivalent (Bac +5).

Skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI. Strong understanding of the retail environment. Exceptional interpersonal and relational skills. Leadership and influence capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Autonomous decision-making while adhering to directives. Positive, collaborative, and inclusive approach.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a retail commercial analyst role or a similar position.

Education

Advanced degree in commerce, finance, or equivalent (Bac +5).
