Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Retail Manager in preparing weekly and monthly sales performance decks and communication tools for the retail team.
- Assist in the design, implementation and monthly verification of incentive schemes aligned with marketing and commercial priorities.
- Conduct weekly visits to points of sale to assess merchandising, stock levels and boutique/counter needs; coordinate logistics and inter-store transfers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Monitor retail KPIs and produce quantitative boutique and sales reports (weekly/monthly), including competitor analysis.
- Lead execution and reporting of Mystery Shopping programmes and convey actionable feedback to retail teams to elevate service standards.
- Manage clienteling and CRM campaign execution via the Bee Gold App: design campaigns, define target customer lists and analyse campaign performance.
- Prepare launch presentation materials in collaboration with Marketing to ensure new product information is clearly disseminated to retail teams.
- Support in-store and out-of-store event logistics and execution, including client registration and product packing, ensuring exemplary service delivery.
Qualifications
- Available for a full-time internship from June/July to December 2026.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive and highly detail-oriented with advanced analytical aptitude.
- Strong interest in luxury cosmetics and client-centric retail environments; team-spirited with an international outlook.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in beauty, luxury or FMCG retail environments is an advantage.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for candidates with little to no prior professional experience. Previous exposure to beauty, luxury or FMCG retail is advantageous but not required.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics or a related discipline.
