Regional Visual Merchandising Intern
Guerlain seeks a Regional Visual Merchandising Intern in Singapore to support APAC VM activities, POSM coordination and launch execution (Jul–Dec 2026).
Overview
Guerlain is a heritage French luxury perfume and cosmetics house operating within the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division. The brand is renowned for artisanal craftsmanship, refined aesthetics and innovation in fragrance and beauty; its regional teams liaise closely with global centres to deliver a consistent, elevated retail experience across international markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising (VM) team and VM Manager with daily administrative tasks, meeting minutes and regional project coordination.
- Assist in the development and implementation of in-store VM concepts, launch displays, permanent merchandising tools and regional POSM adaptations across Fragrance, Make‑up and Skincare.
- Maintain and update central guidelines, technical specifications and market folders to ensure campaign and product launch readiness.
- Create and track purchase orders (POs), manage POSM shipments, cost tracking and ensure timely delivery of regional productions.
- Coordinate with Retail Design, Brand Marketing, design agencies, contractors and vendors for sample management, production briefs and installations.
- Support design tasks (Sketchup/3D assets) and artwork updates using Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and provide post‑campaign photo/video execution support.
- Contribute to retailtainment initiatives and trade‑plan brainstorming; support small event and podium design and competitor pop‑up benchmarking.
- Organise inventory counts and track office POS/display configurations; prepare and share monthly merchandising meeting agendas and reports.
Qualifications
- Available for a full‑time internship from July to December 2026.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry and awareness of consumer and retail trends.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with multicultural teams and external suppliers.
- Demonstrable problem‑solving, project management, attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level internship — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior academic projects, internships or hands‑on experience in visual merchandising, retail design or related fields is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Marketing or a closely related discipline.
