Regional Client Engagement Intern
Guerlain seeks a Regional Client Engagement Intern in Singapore to support CRM, clienteling and Power BI analytics across APAC (6‑month, hybrid).

Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate and maintain client data from CRM systems, market feedback and post‑event evaluations, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses across client segments (including high‑value clients) to identify trends, segmentation opportunities and actionable insights.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and regular reports to track client engagement KPIs and present findings to APAC markets.
- Support personalised communication strategies and targeted marketing campaigns derived from client insights; assist with campaign execution and post‑campaign analysis.
- Assist in market and competitor research focused on clienteling strategies and industry best practices to inform regional initiatives.
- Maintain and support client engagement platforms (including Bee Gold and Salesforce) and liaise with markets to ensure consistent top‑client tracking.
- Support planning and execution of regional retail events and top‑client gifting strategies, including coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship from June/July to December 2026.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in CRM, clienteling and luxury retail client development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to commercial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data quality and reporting.

Experience
Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent graduates with basic exposure to CRM, data analysis or clienteling; prior internship or coursework involving CRM/analytics is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
