Guerlain Singapore seeks a Public Relations Intern (Jul–Dec 2026) to support PR, seeding and events for the local market.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development and execute seeding strategy for influencers and media, coordinating inventories and timely delivery of product samples and gifts.
  • Adapt and disseminate press releases, craft targeted pitches and maintain proactive relationships with key journalists, KOLs and media partners.
  • Source, plan and liaise with third‑party suppliers (floral, F&B, activity vendors) and manage logistics for PR events including set‑up, RSVP management, gift preparation and post‑event follow up.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of launches, in‑store activations, trade and media events, and organise interviews with internal spokespersons.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile PR clippings, weekly newsletters and monthly reports to measure effectiveness of media/KOL engagement and organic coverage.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring to identify high‑impact media/KOL activity and support retailer communications with creatives and short copy as required.
  • Provide administrative support for seeding, inventory and gift tracking, event documentation, and internal marketing requests.

Qualifications

  • Current university student available full‑time for the internship period (Jul–Dec 2026).
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury beauty and an eagerness to represent and communicate brand DNA and heritage.
  • Creative sensibility with interest in editorial and influencer ecosystems within the luxury sector.
  • High level of motivation, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, positive attitude and confident verbal communication to represent the brand.

Experience

Entry‑level — internship position. No prior professional PR experience required, though familiarity with influencer platforms, editorial workflows or previous internships in communications/marketing is advantageous.

Education

Current enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media studies or a related discipline.
