Product Management Intern

Guerlain in Capelle aan den IJssel seeks a Product Management Intern (July 2026) for a 6‑month on‑site internship supporting marketing and product launches.

Overview

The brand combines artisanal savoir‑faire, creative perfumery and a commitment to high‑end retail experiences. The Dutch office within LVMH Beauty coordinates local brand strategy and supports go‑to‑market execution across the Netherlands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in preparing content for marketing presentations and meetings, and coordinate information from Paris headquarters with the local marketing team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of 360° marketing plans for in‑store activations and key retailer launches.
  • Forecast, monitor and coordinate new product launches across channels.
  • Conduct sales and competitive analyses to inform assortment and commercial decisions.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of trainings, masterclasses and brand events.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) programme in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail and a retail‑oriented mindset.
  • Analytical, organised, structured and results‑oriented.
  • Proactive, hands‑on team player with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Affinity for cosmetics and the beauty sector.
  • Available from July 2026 for a 6‑month full‑time internship, minimum 4 days per week.

Experience

Entry‑level internship suitable for students or recent graduates; prior retail or beauty sector experience is welcome but not required.
