Guerlain seeks a Marketing Development Intern (Make‑Up or Skincare) in Paris for a 6‑month internship starting July 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end product development and 360° project coordination with art direction, digital, merchandising and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Conduct creative research and concept development: trend studies, material research, moodboards, claims and concept writing.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive offerings.
  • Monitor market and competitor intelligence to identify consumer needs and emerging trends (trend books, shows, market scans).
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations and creative deliverables including mock‑ups, tool prototypes and videos.
  • Participate in strategic and creative workshops and assist in the design and development of product and campaign projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in year 4 or 5 of a business school or equivalent university programme (Master’s level in progress).
  • Ideally one prior marketing internship (development or operational) in the luxury goods sector; experience in perfumes & cosmetics is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with humility and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative intuition and the capacity to propose innovative, trend‑forward recommendations.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable engaging with international stakeholders.
  • Keen interest in digital topics and contemporary beauty/digital ecosystems.
