Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming sessions for the development of international festivals and promotional plans, integrating local business and cultural needs.
  • Coordinate project management with the development team, overseeing the creation of tools such as gifts, gift sets, and retailtainment materials from briefing to production validation.
  • Develop 360-degree marketing strategies and coordinate with various departments including Art Direction, Digital, and Merchandising.
  • Engage in creative thinking, drafting, and conceptual research, including trend studies, material research, moodboards, and concept writing.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive landscape.
  • Consolidate competitive intelligence, identify consumer needs, and capture emerging trends through trend books, fashion shows, and other sources.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, including tools, mock-ups, and videos.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's level 4/5).
  • Previous experience in Marketing (Development or Operational) within the luxury sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.
