Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and masterclasses on products, exclusive sales techniques, and educational workshops across France.
- Lead expertise training, particularly in makeup, and manage training-related events such as product launches and seasonal briefings.
- Facilitate field training and coaching, refining sales ceremonies and service propositions.
- Prepare and manage the logistics of training sessions, including room setup and product management.
- Develop and distribute the internal newsletter bi-monthly, contributing to content creation and design.
Qualifications
- Proactive, autonomous, and creative with excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Confirmed experience in sales and training/coaching, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Proficiency in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Makeup techniques knowledge, supported by a makeup artist diploma.
