Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Innovation Project Manager in the development of new products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Engage directly with stakeholders across various departments including Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialization, Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Lead feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identification of potential project obstacles to anticipate and mitigate challenges.
- Develop and monitor project timelines with industry experts, alerting stakeholders to deviations and identifying alternative solutions.
- Manage cost control for projects.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, serving as an interface or alert role.
- Identify areas for improvement in development processes to secure successful product launches.
- Propose optimizations for current tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on project management, innovation, or industrial management.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
