Role & Responsibilities

  • Train purchase-order managers and approvers on SAP procedures for new entrants across head office functions.
  • Provide second‑line support and project assistance for SAP, Hanalive (SAP add‑ins), Anaplan and Power BI; create and optimise BI reports.
  • Maintain analytical master data in SAP: create internal orders, profit centres and cost centres for Guerlain SAS and European subsidiaries on request.
  • Manage access and authorisation requests for SAP, BI and related systems using the Open Up process.
  • Execute analytical transactions to enable CO/PA postings and verify internal order imputations during monthly closes in close collaboration with Guerlain SAS general accounting.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) at a business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree.
  • Demonstrable interest in information systems; prior exposure to SAP or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Methodical and autonomous work style with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Available for a conventionné internship starting September 2026 for a four‑month, full‑time on‑site placement in Paris (1st arrondissement).
