Guerlain in Chartres is hiring an Industrial IT Intern to support digital transformation with Power Apps and Power BI — Internship (Bac+5).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Industrial IT Manager and contribute to the site’s digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and build Power Apps solutions: craft user interfaces, implement advanced business logic and integrate multiple data sources (Excel, SharePoint, databases).
  • Develop Power BI reports and interactive dashboards through data modelling and visualization tailored to operational KPIs.
  • Integrate and manage connections to SQL/Oracle databases and other data repositories for reliable reporting and application workflows.
  • Provide end‑user support: deliver training on Power Apps and Power BI, troubleshoot incidents and process enhancement requests.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) program in Computer Science, Industrial IT, Automation, Information Systems or a closely related discipline.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (SQL and/or Oracle) and data integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with web programming and low‑code/no‑code development paradigms.
  • Professional rigour, strong analytical aptitude and effective interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Prior exposure to Power Apps and Power BI is strongly preferred.

Experience

Entry-level internship (no prior professional experience required). Academic projects or short-term placements demonstrating database work, web development or Power Platform usage are advantageous.
