Guerlain — Paris: Apprenticeship in HR Social Cost Control & HR Data Analysis (12 months), start Sept 2026.

Overview

Guerlain is a heritage French maison of fragrances and cosmetics within the LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques business group. Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly HR reporting: extract and consolidate payroll (ADP) and accounting (SAP) data into the Guerlain SIRH dashboard and maintain boutique workforce dashboards for CSE reporting.
  • Feed and consolidate HR KPIs for Orion RH and LVMH HR Monthly Reporting across Guerlain Group entities.
  • Prepare and contribute to annual reporting: LVMH HR Annual Reporting, Bilan Social, equality index and mandatory statutory returns such as DOETH.
  • Participate in the budget exercise: prepare reporting for Guerlain SAS and support consolidation for the Guerlain Group.
  • Support HR data system projects: prepare monthly interfaces between ADP and the Group SIRH (LVMH Talent) and assist in the Core HR deployment.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the team including VIE follow‑up and personnel re‑invoicing processes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s level) program in business, finance or human resources, or equivalent university degree.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks proactively and work with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player with humility, curiosity and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English (spoken).
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

Experience

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with limited professional experience. Previous internships in HR, payroll, reporting or finance are advantageous but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) in business, finance or human resources, or equivalent university qualification.
