Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in the operational deployment of global skincare launches, including drafting and maintaining launch books to ensure flawless market roll‑out.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and the Artistic Direction to shape executional copy and visual frameworks; produce clear text/visual briefs and manage deliverables.
- Prepare and distribute deployment guidelines and retail merchandising materials to Markets, including production of planograms and point‑of‑sale documentation.
- Follow up with Markets to monitor implementation, resolve executional issues and ensure compliance with the launch strategy.
- Contribute to cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder reporting to guarantee timely delivery of merchandising assets.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac+4/+5 (Master-level) program in business, communication or equivalent university degree; alternance (work‑study) contractual availability from September 2026 for 12 months.
- Ideally one prior internship or work experience in merchandising within luxury goods, ideally in perfumes & cosmetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork, organisational rigour and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, responsible and able to work with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and comfortable expressing oneself in English, both written and spoken.

Entry level — candidate should be a Master‑level student (Bac+4/+5) with ideally one prior internship in merchandising or retail operations within the luxury beauty sector.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master-level) program in business, communication, marketing or equivalent university degree.
