Guerlain seeks a Global Fragrance Education Project Manager in Paris to design and deploy fragrance training across retail channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing briefs for new fragrance launches into blended‑learning training programs that convey Guerlain’s tone of voice and work across all distribution channels (boutiques and chain stores).
  • Design and deliver pedagogically sound, digital-first learning content and modules, ensuring compatibility with mobile applications and the Be Guerlain LMS.
  • Manage global rollout of fragrance education initiatives: coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Digital Innovation and Clienteling teams to ensure adoption and tool accessibility.
  • Build and nurture a global education community by training local trainers, facilitating seminars and organising immersive expertise weeks to elevate in-market capability.
  • Measure and report on impact using Retail KPIs, iterate training content based on performance data and field feedback.
  • Lead on‑the‑field immersion: conduct in‑store observations to gather competitive insights and validate the effectiveness of training tools.
  • Define strategic action plans and project timelines, ensuring rigorous project governance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ project management experience with demonstrable expertise in pedagogical design and retail/fragrance domains; on‑the‑field sales experience is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and to work with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating in English and French.
  • Strong organisational skills with a disciplined, results‑oriented approach to planning, tracking and delivering projects on schedule.
  • High level of digital literacy, including experience with mobile learning and LMS platforms.
  • Energetic, client‑centric mindset with flexibility, agility and a passion for learning and coaching.

Experience

At least five years of progressive project management experience focused on learning design and retail execution within the luxury or beauty sector; direct exposure to fragrance product launches and retail sales environments is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.
