Fragrance Specialist
Guerlain seeks a Part‑time Fragrance Specialist at Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, Dublin. 22.5 hrs/week role delivering luxury fragrance and beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences on the counter — warm welcome, active listening, needs analysis and bespoke perfume, skincare and make‑up consultations.
- Apply the Guerlain selling method to convert interactions into sales and to grow both local and international client portfolios through clientelling, follow‑up and telephone outreach.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to collective commercial objectives; monitor performance and propose action plans from customer satisfaction feedback.
- Maintain Retail Excellence standards: point‑of‑sale procedures, merchandising, stock control, check‑out operations and counter housekeeping.
- Foster team spirit by participating in briefings, sharing best practice and supporting the overall harmony and functioning of the counter.
- Uphold the Maison’s grooming and presentation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Innate customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result‑driven mindset with a demonstrable taste for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to advise consultatively on perfume, skincare and make‑up based on client needs.
- Familiarity with a business management application or point‑of‑sale system.
- Professional presentation, discretion and respect for confidentiality; strong team spirit.

Experience
Entry‑level. Suitable for candidates at the start of their beauty retail career; previous customer‑facing or luxury retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in beauty or retail is advantageous.
