Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of three experts in Formula Industrialization and Cleaning, fostering autonomy and skill enhancement.
- Oversee the industrialization of new skincare formulas in collaboration with R&D, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new formulas, including risk assessments and cost evaluations.
- Identify and mitigate industrial risks associated with new formulas, implementing action plans and raising alerts as necessary.
- Coordinate scale-up strategies at the production site, ensuring smooth transitions and robust processes.
- Optimize Cleaning in Place (CIP) recipes, focusing on water consumption reduction and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Promote continuous improvement within the emulsion workshop, proposing solutions to performance challenges and participating in investment projects.
- Maintain active technological and scientific surveillance to propose innovative solutions for the emulsion workshop.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in formula industrialization or equivalent, preferably in chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Degree in general engineering or engineering with a strong chemistry focus.
