Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in managing and steering various innovation projects, supporting the design and development of new technologies.
  • Contribute to the definition and development of new solutions by identifying business needs and collaborating with teams such as Marketing, Training, Commercial Development, and CRM.
  • Assist in drafting and updating technology usage guides and support markets in implementing new projects.
  • Monitor launches and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities in retail, online, Web3, or Artificial Intelligence and assess third-party solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a higher education program (Bac +4/5) at a business or engineering school or equivalent.
  • Ideally, previous internship experience in Digital, with luxury sector experience being a plus.

Skills

Organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive and committed with a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in new technologies such as Web3 and Artificial Intelligence is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in digital roles.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in business or engineering.
