Guerlain Singapore seeks a CRM & Trade Marketing Intern to support loyalty, email campaigns, events and trade marketing (Jul–Dec 2026).

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Guerlain & You loyalty programme catalogue: prepare creative briefs for agencies, coordinate artwork updates and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
  • Oversee loyalty gift inventory and availability across stores, and update all loyalty collaterals promptly.
  • Maintain the EDM/email marketing calendar for tactical campaigns and launches; set up campaigns with minimal modifications.
  • Conceptualise and execute clienteling activations and in-store events, providing on‑the‑ground support and ensuring positive event ROI.
  • Source and manage vendors, logistics, timelines and vendor deliverables (including transportation and F&B) for events and launches.
  • Lead event briefings for internal teams and store staff; coordinate monthly deployment of upcoming events across all stores.
  • Prepare and submit monthly CRM reports, post-event and post-launch reports, and regular competitor landscape updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day marketing and operational support to the Singapore marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled university student available for a minimum 6‑month full‑time internship (Jul–Dec 2026).
  • Passion for luxury beauty, strong alignment with brand DNA and willingness to act as a brand ambassador.
  • Demonstrated project management, multitasking and execution skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive learning attitude and high motivation.
  • Capacity to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Experience

Beginner level. Prior internships, academic projects or part‑time experience in marketing, events, retail or beauty are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline; available for a 6‑month full‑time internship (Jul–Dec 2026).
